The educational team at Notre-Dame de Laeken school is committed to the well-being and academic success of all students. She is attentive to their proper development, both on an individual and personal level and on a social level.
For this, it focuses its work on 3 objectives and 9 strategies which are:

1) Improve the speaking and writing results of our students:

• a) Improve the continuity and construction of lexical and grammatical units talking about it from kindergarten

• b) Improve the continuity and construction of lexical and grammatical units in writing from kindergarten

• c) Giving meaning to writing by making the child the author

2) Reduce the differences between the results of the most struggling students with the overall average of the  

  classroom:

• a) Strengthen internal relational and pedagogical dialogue in the service of the students most in difficulty

• b) Encourage communication between the children in order to establish a more serene climate

• c) Collaborative work

3) Increase well-being indices in terms of student motivation and involvement:

• a) Reinforce the dialogue between the various stakeholders of the school in the service of the student

• b) Put the children in the service of the school in order to invest the parents

• c) Involve parents in the life of the school
